Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Assistant II to join our Department of Surgery. This role will provide administrative support to our leadership team and faculty, ensuring the smooth operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage travel reviews and approvals for department members
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and department activities
  • Process purchasing transactions and maintain spreadsheets for travel budgets
  • Oversee re-credentialing processes, licensures, and society memberships
  • Ensure compliance with governing bodies and process expenses and reimbursements
Requirements
  • High school graduation or GED and four years of related work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service abilities and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
