Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and develop correspondence, reports, and presentations for distribution to various organizations and offices.
  • Screen and edit documents for clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Monitor and track correspondence in approved databases to ensure suspense requirements are met.
  • Coordinate and organize events for assigned federal staff, including senior government staff and the general public.
  • Schedule and maintain calendars for assigned meeting spaces.
  • Monitor communications to make scheduling determinations and recommendations to assigned federal staff.
Requirements
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
