Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented People Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the hiring and onboarding process, as well as providing general HR support to our team.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the internal hiring process for all roles at a VP level and below, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to craft and edit job descriptions, ensuring they accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of each role.
Conduct market research to benchmark roles based on our internal salary bands and industry standards, providing data-driven insights to inform hiring decisions.
Develop and implement a proactive recruiting strategy to attract top talent, leveraging various channels and networks to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
Manage our company's multiple Workable sites, ensuring all job postings are up-to-date and accurately reflect our current openings.
Track candidate progress throughout the interview process, ensuring timely follow-up communications and a positive candidate experience.
Support the Senior Manager in onboarding logistics, including collecting necessary documentation, submitting background checks, and tracking progress.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our company's HR systems, including TriNet, to provide expert support to our team.
3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in hiring and onboarding.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and Google Drive, with experience using HR systems and tools.
A strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the hiring process.
A collaborative and proactive approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
Competitive base compensation ($75,000-$90,000)
