Job Title: People Operations Coordinator

Saks is a world-renowned luxury ecommerce destination seeking a highly skilled People Operations Coordinator to support the People team in managing day-to-day operations. This role will facilitate communication across departments, assist with compliance and reporting, and help implement programs that enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the AVP, People Operations to manage the non-payroll budget and ensure teams have visibility into their spend.
  • Manage the ordering and distribution of labor posters, ensuring all locations receive what needs to be posted in a timely manner.
  • Manage the orientation calendar and distribution of Saks Global swag.
  • Provide support to the Employer Branding Specialist for annual recognition events.
  • Provide administrative support to the People Operations Manager on immigration matters.
  • Distribute People team mail.
  • Maintain the People team intranet page and regularly refresh with new and updated resources.
  • Provide recommendations and facilitate decisions for employee relief funds.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and project management support as needed.
Requirements:
  • 6-12 months of Human Resources experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
