About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled P&C Partner (Operations) to join our People Experience team in New York. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering impactful solutions and advice on complex employee process matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Problem solving: Anticipate problems and identify solutions, using your judgement and discretion to determine and plan the next steps of your work.
  • Query resolution: Review incoming employee queries within the POps Connect tool, allocate a tier categorisation, allocate or resolve.
  • Process actions: Action employee lifecycle process steps, e.g. flexible working terms changes, location flexibility requests, and drafting of garden leave letters for exits.
  • Escalation: Identify and escalate queries outside of scope to the appropriate team member or team.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with employees, keeping them informed of the status of their queries.
  • Project support: Leaning into projects focusing on operational and process improvement across People Experience processes.
  • Data and analysis: Collate and analyse monthly stats on focus areas for the team using internal tool data functionality.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience of operating within a HR team advising on process application and improvement, preferably within a small but fast growing business. You will also need to have an interest and understanding of operationalising processes, enjoy a blend of reactive problem solving and proactive improvement focused work, and be able to build solid relationships with people quickly.

You will be extremely organised, able to work at pace and balance many different tasks, and be proactive and see what needs to be done. You will also be comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy changeable environments where you can implement creative and innovative ideas.

You will enjoy variety and feel that no task is too big or too small, and like operating independently but also love being part of a highly encouraging and collaborative team. You will share information and support the growth and development of others in your team and understand that succeed or fail, we do so as a team.
