About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wholesale Account Executive to join our team at Nexera Holdings. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing a national account base, leveraging our existing database of qualified prospects and approved accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our wholesale partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our wholesale channel.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and market conditions to provide expert advice to our partners.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain a database of key performance metrics, including pull-through, product mix, and loan quality.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the mortgage lending industry, with a proven track record of success in wholesale sales.
  • Skills: High comfort level with web-based tools, including CRM software, and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape in the wholesale vertical.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
