  • Generate and implement efficient company processes, including workflow optimization and technology integration.
Requirements
  • Strong COO experience, with a proven track record of success in business operations and strategic growth.
  • Extensive accounting and billing experience, with expertise in financial management and analysis.
  • Construction or landscape experience preferred, with knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, operations, or business management, with a master's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $110,000 per year.
  • 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
  • Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday.
