Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and Merchandising: Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
  • Customer Service: Engage and interact with all customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with peers and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor Associates on established merchandising and processing principles.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility: Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Leadership Experience: 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
