Job Title: Associate Center Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Center Manager to join our team. As a key member of our center operations team, you will be responsible for assisting with daily operations, engaging with children and families, and contributing to the growth and success of our franchise.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily center operations, including scheduling, customer service, and administrative tasks.
  • Engage with children and families, providing a fun and safe learning environment.
  • Support the center manager in leading the team and achieving business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in school administration, educational center administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic technology knowledge and skills.
Compensation:

$22.00 per hour.
