Sales and Operations Director

About the Role:

- The Sales and Operations Director will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue growth within the assigned store coverage area.">
- Develop and retain effective working relationships with customers to maximize market penetration and margin potential.">
- Manage store operations and personnel to ensure all activities are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.">
Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve revenue, budget, and other business objectives for each fiscal year.">
- Develop business relationships with key customers within the store coverage area.">
- Provide leadership and direction in the pursuit of store objectives with employees.">
- Communicate and work closely with customers to maximize market penetration and margin potential.">
- Analyze sales reports showing sales volume, profit loss (EVA), and margins utilizing the "on Demand" reporting process.">
- Ensure prudent credit transactions and manage account collections.">
- Participate in the planning process by providing accurate, achievable sales forecasts.">
- Cross-train on all areas of SSC operations; customer service, warehouse, and office administration duties. Assist where necessary. Recruit, hire, and manage SSC staff associates.">
Requirements:

- HS diploma and 5+ years relevant sales experience required OR">
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1+ years of relevant sales experience. 4 years prior selling experience. Prior customer service experience is a plus.">
- Minimum 2 years previous management experience.">
Salary and Benefits:

- This role offers an estimated salary between $47,000 and $59,000 at the commencement of employment.">
