Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Provide insights and recommendations of potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities and related risks, assess the situation, and propose action.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and create tailored e-commerce solutions.
  • Manage the fulfillment process, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
  • Liaise with warehouse contacts to ensure timely issue resolution in areas of total inventory, substitutions, and fulfillment.
  • Track and manage customer sample requests to meet critical meeting dates.
  • Act as a liaison between key buyers and internal teams.
  • Navigate multiple customer web portals.
  • Process orders and manage data via EDI platforms.
  • Proactively evaluate and confirm customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure orders are processed and shipped according to customer guidelines.
