KVC Health Systems is a nonprofit child placing and behavioral health agency committed to providing compassionate care to children and families. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adolescents in residential care.

This role involves working with children or adolescents in residential care, supporting their emotional well-being and helping them navigate the path to recovery and personal growth. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

We offer a competitive salary range of $64,000-$70,000 annually, depending on experience and licensure. Additional incentives include sign-on bonuses and opportunities to earn up to $18,000 in annual performance-based incentives.

Key Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work or counseling
  • Licensure/certification as an LMSW, LCSW, PLPC, or LPC
