Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Program Specialist to join our team at the Boys & Girls Club Crescent Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising activities and programs for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement curriculum-driven programs and activities
  • Facilitate and supervise program sessions
  • Provide guidance and role modeling to members
  • Design and create visually appealing displays and bulletin boards
  • Mentor and inspire youth, adults, and volunteers in the creative process
  • Keep accurate records of participants, schedules, attendance, and program results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6-12 months of program delivery experience
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and age groups
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to stand for up to 4 hours per day

Compensation:$12.00-$12.50 per hour
