We are seeking a talented Sales and Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Gerbes. As a Sales and Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store image.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences

  • Building strong relationships with customers, providing personalized recommendations and solutions

  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently, handling various payment methods and tenders

  • Assisting with visual merchandising and store displays to enhance the shopping experience

  • Participating in inventory management and restocking merchandise as needed

  • Reporting any store-related issues or concerns to management

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent customer service skills and experience

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
