About the Role

Coach is a global fashion house seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate III to join our team. As a Sales Associate III, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating product features and benefits to customers.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Coach's products, including current collections and trends.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a visually appealing and organized store.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash registers systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members, and to work in a fast-paced environment.
