Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute personal sales and clienteling strategies in partnership with the management team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

- Stay up-to-date on local market trends and support the execution of local sales strategies and tactics to drive business results.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and remain aware of current collections to effectively communicate with customers.

- 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of cash registers systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team, and to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
