Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate III to join our team at Coach. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, building strong relationships and driving sales growth
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Coach products, including features, benefits, and current offerings
  • Effectively communicate with customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
  • Perform daily tasks, including maintaining the sales floor, cash wrap, and visual merchandising to Coach standards
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
