Position Summary:
As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment. This position involves conducting regular preventative maintenance and performing minor repairs on a diverse range of construction machinery and delivery vehicles at our branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on construction equipment and delivery vehicles.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in electrical, hydraulic, ignition, and pneumatic systems.
  • Conduct diagnostics on diesel and gas engines, and maintain drive trains.
  • Occasionally deliver equipment or parts to fellow technicians.

Qualifications:
Licenses and Certifications:
Must possess a valid DOT Medical Card.

Preferred Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of Preventative Maintenance (Mechanical)
  • Entry-level experience in Heavy Equipment Repair
  • Familiarity with Diagnostics
  • Understanding of Construction Equipment
  • Basic skills in Aerial Equipment Repair

Preferred Experience:
Having five to seven years of experience as a technician, particularly in the construction equipment field, is advantageous. You should possess the necessary tools to perform your duties effectively. A commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail is essential. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are crucial for success in this role. A willingness to learn and grow is highly encouraged, as this position offers opportunities for advancement.
