As a Kitchen Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and oversee the production of all menu items, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities and contributing to the success of the team.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels, ensuring that they are within budgeted parameters.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and safety, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the events department to ensure that menu offerings are current and aligned with restaurant trends.
  • Develop and execute daily specials, ensuring that they are creative, appealing, and profitable.
  • Conduct line checks, including temperature checks of all refrigeration, rotation and dating of all foods, and proper prep, freshness, and specials completion for the night's service.
  • Communicate with servers and other staff members to ensure that they are aware of daily specials, menu items, and kitchen operations.
  • Implement closing duties for the runners, stewards, line/pantry cooks, and ensure that all duties are being completed.
  • Ensure that all foods are up to our quality and standards, all specials are current with the seasons and trends, and coach and train the staff to THE ONE GROUP brand of food.
  • Attend all weekly management meetings and corporate meetings that are scheduled, and hold monthly mandatory kitchen meetings to address all issues that arise.
