Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team at Insight Global. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for information systems user problems and will respond to routine hardware/software problems and/or questions related to Point of Sale (POS) and End-User Support (EUS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a Help desk or customer support environment supporting various hardware, software, and personal computer tools
  • Experience in problem management and knowledge base tools
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
