Job Summary:

Kaizen Analytix LLC, a leading analytics products and services company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations and Human Resources team as an Office Administrator. This is a contract position requiring 20-25 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a productive and efficient office environment, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient office space, ensuring all areas are tidy and clutter-free.
  • Procure and manage office supplies, including snacks and refreshments, to ensure a comfortable and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate and manage bookings for conference rooms and meeting spaces, ensuring seamless scheduling and minimal disruptions.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, directing them to the relevant team members or taking messages as needed.
  • Welcome and assist guests and clients with a courteous and friendly demeanor, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks as required, ensuring timely and error-free completion.
  • Occasionally coordinate and manage lunch orders for team events or meetings, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.
