Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Operations Assistant II to join our team at the County of Maui. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical tasks, including preparing documents, reviewing and verifying data, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare various documents, reports, and correspondence using word processing and other office equipment and technologies.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring conformance with established requirements and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other related duties as required, including supervising others and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from high school and two years of clerical experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and the public.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software applications.
