Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Attendant to join our team at Vail Resorts. As a key member of our resort operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the safe, friendly, and efficient service of our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet guests while displaying positive guest service and commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Assume responsibility for guest care and problem-solving, providing expert knowledge of resort operations and services.
  • Assist other departments as needed, including ticket scanning, ticket sales, activities operations, and clearing the base area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the one resort mentality.
Requirements
  • Ability to stay enthusiastic and perform well when busy.
  • Ability to work outside, on your feet, in all weather conditions for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Previous guest service experience preferred.
