Job Summary

The Front Desk Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors to the Neuroscience Institute. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience, and supporting the clinical team in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, respond to phone calls and messages, and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department.
• Manage patient flow, coordinate appointments, and ensure timely and accurate communication with patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information and medical history.
• Assist with scheduling, referrals, and pre-certifications as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
