Job Summary:

As a key member of the National Board for Certified Counselors Inc team, the Learning Management Systems Coordinator will oversee the development, implementation, and utilization of the Learning Management System housing the Jurisprudence Assessments. This role involves identifying and onboarding new jurisprudence states, collaborating with IT support, external vendors, and assessment department staff to develop and maintain the LMS platform, and providing service to State Boards regarding the jurisprudence assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage LMS functions, including monitoring course content and evaluating processes to ensure timely completion.
  • Analyze and communicate LMS system and business requirements to State Boards.
  • Investigate and resolve data or system inconsistencies or discrepancies.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to users.
  • Work with IT and clients to ensure proper setup and learning with the LMS system.
  • Perform high-level administrative functions.
  • Oversee, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate daily progress towards project completion.
  • Ensure State Boards are informed of project status, including updates, changes, implementation, and content management.
  • Identify and solve problems that may delay project completion.
  • Seek opportunities to increase internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports to Directors, Vice Presidents, and Executives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • 2 years of database management and/or computer experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail for accuracy and thoroughness in completing work.
