We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team as a Dysphagia Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing patients with dysphagia in various settings, including physician's offices, clinics, and nursing homes.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients with dysphagia using FEES and other diagnostic tools
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve swallowing function
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices

Requirements- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Completion of Certificate of Clinical Competency
- At least 5 years of experience in long-term care following completion of CFY
