Clark College is seeking a dedicated Program Support Supervisor 2 to join our Disability Access Center team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring equal access to college instructional programs, services, and activities for students with disabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead testing accommodations for general and CTE students with disabilities.
  • Establish and maintain a welcoming and inclusive office environment.
  • Manage project workflows and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Support the implementation of test proctoring for student access and learning.
  • Develop and implement testing accommodation policies and practices for students with disabilities.
  • Train part-time staff on proctoring and provide support as needed.
  • Orchestrate testing accommodation workflows and proctoring at multiple campus locations.
  • Stay current with legislation, guidelines, and best practices related to ADA accommodations.
  • Support CTE student access meetings and serve as a point of contact for students with disabilities in CTE.
  • Outreach to students with disabilities in CTE and help the department with retention efforts.
  • Supervise support staff involved with providing accommodated testing.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or equivalent related work experience.
  • Experience in an education, technology, business, or related area.
  • Professional experience coordinating services in an educational, office, or similar environment.
  • Experience with complex scheduling and/or prioritization.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and specialized database systems.
  • Experience or willingness to learn common assistive technologies and/or speech-to-text software.
  • Effective communication with diverse populations and ability to listen and process information.
