Key Responsibilities
  • Process vendor invoices, corporate credit cards, check requests, and expense reports with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize Excel for data entry, including the use of VLOOKUP and pivot table functions to manage and analyze data.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in invoices and payments, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries, build strong relationships with our partners, and ensure all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement improvements to accounts payable processes, aiming for increased efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, including the use of VLOOKUP and pivot table functions.
  • Experience with high volume accounts payable, able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and reconcile discrepancies in financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to handle vendor inquiries professionally and build strong relationships.
  • Experience in auditing, with a keen eye for accuracy and compliance.
  • Proven ability to process corporate credit cards, check requests, and expense reports accurately and efficiently.
