Accounts Payable Specialist

Confluent Health is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team in Louisville, KY.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review invoices for proper documentation and approval prior to payment
  • Enter invoices into the ledger, including determination of the correct general ledger account code and location
  • Manage the accounts payable aging of assigned locations
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to internal and external customers
  • Assist with vendor inquiries and prepare analysis of vendor accounts as requested
  • Maintain a positive, collaborative working relationship with direct supervisor and co-workers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of accounts payable experience
  • Proficient use of Excel and ERP systems, especially NetSuite
  • Advanced mathematical and logical deduction skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
