POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is dedicated to assisting the sustainability analyst. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing asset tagging, ensuring adherence to refrigeration regulations, and maintaining precise records.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The key responsibilities of this position encompass, but are not limited to, the following:
- Tagging refrigeration units, including freezers, coolers, and HVAC systems.
- Documenting essential details (such as make, model, location, and maintenance history) for each tagged unit.
- Entering asset information and uploading images into the Corrigo system.
- Staying updated on new refrigeration regulations and compliance mandates.
- Communicating effectively to ensure accurate data entry and timely updates.
- Being prepared for extended travel periods (air travel is necessary).
- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications are advantageous).
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems and their components.
- Ability to adapt to evolving regulations and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
- This role requires travel across various operational states. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel by air are essential.
- Overnight travel may be necessary; must be able to rent a vehicle or utilize a personal vehicle for local assignments.

- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls.
- WALKING: Continuously throughout the shift while navigating the department and managing merchandise.
- CLIMBING: Must be capable of physically installing asset tags, which may involve accessing roofs or mechanical rooms. Use of a small ladder may be necessary.
- STANDING: Continuously throughout the shift.
- LIFTING: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 60 lbs.
- Successful performance necessitates vision capabilities that include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- The primary work environment is typical of a retail grocery store, with some office-related tasks.

The pay scale above represents the salary or hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position.
Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training.
