Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Systems Integration Technician to join our team at ManTech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Network Issues
    • Identify and resolve complex network problems, including issues with routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
    • Use various diagnostic tools to analyze network traffic and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and Implement Network Infrastructure
    • Design and implement network infrastructure systems, including LANs, WANs, and Wi-Fi networks.
    • Configure and test network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Provide Technical Expertise
    • Provide technical expertise to team members and stakeholders on network infrastructure systems.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams and configuration files.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, and project managers.
    • Participate in project planning and execution, including developing project plans and schedules.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • At least 4 years of experience in network infrastructure design and implementation.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
    • Experience with network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Security Clearance

A current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required for this position.

Physical Requirements

The ideal candidate will be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and move/traverse within and between buildings and offices. The candidate must be able to position themselves to maintain equipment and cabling, including under desks, while moving floor tiles, and in server closets, some of which may be confined spaces.
