Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the installation and integration of audiovisual systems, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
  • Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Interpret project drawings and schematics, and develop detailed plans for system installation and integration.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices, and adapt to new technologies and trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the AV industry, with a strong background in system installation, cabling, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, engineers, and other team members.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices, as well as the ability to adapt to new technologies and trends.
