Position Overview

The primary responsibility of the Client Relations Trainee is to enhance the visibility of our firm and its offerings while delivering coherent and strategic messaging to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective clients by informing them about the products and services offered by our partners.
  • Establish lasting relationships with customers through effective interpersonal skills and genuine approachability.
  • Address inquiries regarding our services and elaborate on the advantages of our brand compared to competitors.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to devise strategies for meeting customer acquisition benchmarks and sales targets.
  • Attend training sessions on new products, services, or promotional offers to ensure accurate and current information is provided to customers.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and with precision.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer-focused role is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A College Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with adaptability.
