About the Role:

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a seasoned sales professional to lead our national sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in hotel sales management, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the hotel industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging the company's strengths and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 23 years of hotel sales management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address sales performance gaps.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications and/or relevant computer applications.
