Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Evaluate patient care situations and take appropriate action to ensure quality care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
- Participate in educational programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
- 6 months of RN experience, with 2 or more years of experience preferred.
- Current active multistate state Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Basic Life Support Heartsaver (BLS HS) certification.
