Employment Type: Part-Time

Position Overview:
This entry-level role within the front office at AEG is ideal for individuals with a friendly demeanor and a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage diverse situations and personalities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate customer check-in and registration using the point-of-sale system for various programs and events.
  • Process payments accurately and reconcile cash registers at the end of each shift.
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries, providing information and transferring calls as necessary.
  • Utilize office equipment including photocopiers, scanners, and computers effectively.
  • Assist management with event bookings and group reservations.
  • Engage with customers to inform them about upcoming programs and events.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy front office environment, restocking materials as needed.
  • Support daily operational tasks such as preparing materials and conducting inventory counts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 17 years.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Work Schedule:
This is a part-time, non-exempt position requiring flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must demonstrate teamwork and maintain a positive attitude.
