We're seeking a highly motivated and competitive Business Development Executive to join our team at Team D3. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through the sale of our software products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new business leads through targeted outreach and research
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of software sales and customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
