Service Coordinator

At Liberty Military Housing, we're committed to providing military families with comfortable, well-maintained homes in inviting communities across the United States. As a Service Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct home inspections for move-in and move-out processes.
- Assist with ordering and scheduling vendor services.
- Maintain and monitor make-ready boards to ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Work with the maintenance team to assign and schedule service requests.
- Provide residents with charges related to move-out and final inspection results.
- Create purchase orders for vendor maintenance services and products.
- Generate work orders for make-readies and other maintenance service requests.
- Assist with closing work orders and tickets.
- Schedule and monitor water intrusion, communicating with residents and following up on 3-day notices.
- Follow up with residents after services are rendered.
- Promote positive resident relations by responding to concerns and requests in a timely manner.
- Address customer service concerns from Satisfacts surveys.
- Assist with maintaining systems and logs, including Keytrak, pest control, and vendor/product logs.
- Perform administrative and computer tasks, including email communications and data entry.
- Assist with distributing correspondence and notices related to maintenance services.
- Participate in property walks and inspections to ensure community maintenance standards are met.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years' experience in residential property management or customer service.
- Prior work with vendors or ordering services preferred.
- Proficiency in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, email correspondence, math, Microsoft Office, and other software applications.
- Effective communication and interaction with customers, vendors, management, and coworkers.
- Strong service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize, and complete assigned duties.
- Must possess a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle (valid license required).
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, off-hours, and emergencies.
- Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
- Ability to travel to other regional locations for work, training, meetings, and other work-related activities.

Pay Range: $28.00 hourly
