Job Summary

Brax Company, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and review all necessary information from tear down reports, photos, and inspections to create detailed reports and repair quotes.
  • Communicate with vendors and manufacturers to obtain pricing, lead times, and purchase materials.
  • Visit job sites to gather essential information and ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
  • Prepare detailed reports, estimates, and bids for submission to clients and sales engineers.
  • Work directly with house accounts and clients to identify needs and provide estimates or service work to meet those needs.
  • Manage and coordinate projects using company allocated resources to effectively meet or exceed client needs and Brax Company quality standards and goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and prioritize tasks.
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
