Objective:

As a key member of the Wealth Management Division, the Wealth Advisor is instrumental in fostering business growth, enhancing client experiences, and ensuring client loyalty. This position focuses on acquiring new households through effective management of a lead pipeline, utilizing various strategies such as educational seminars, networking dinners, and community events. The Wealth Advisor guides potential clients through the New Client Core Process, which includes qualifying leads, conducting discovery sessions, presenting proposals, and facilitating successful closures and implementations. This role is pivotal in establishing trust and confidence among clients and prospects, contributing to long-term relationships that lead to client retention and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all team members adhere to the New Client and Wealth Management Core Processes.
  • Enhance brand visibility by representing the firm in community leadership roles and participating in outreach initiatives.
  • Oversee a diverse lead pipeline through proactive outreach, including warm calls, client referrals, and firm-sponsored networking events.
  • Deliver engaging presentations on wealth management topics at company events, showcasing the firm's unique offerings.
  • Organize social gatherings with clients to strengthen relationships and generate new prospects.
  • Conduct client retention initiatives, providing presentations that inspire confidence and hope.
  • Participate in critical Wealth Management Core Process activities, including goal setting and risk assessment meetings.
  • Execute proactive client communication, including annual portfolio reviews and regular check-ins.
  • Build and maintain client relationships by sharing insights on market trends and enhancing client experiences.
  • Guide clients on investment strategies, addressing inquiries related to fees and billing.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track prospects and manage client accounts effectively.
  • Set and achieve weekly performance targets, including calls made, leads generated, and new households acquired.
  • Stay informed about regulatory policies to ensure compliance in all activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to align with the company's mission and values, delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to identify and qualify prospects, navigating the sales process effectively.
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of conveying concepts persuasively to individuals and groups.
  • Persistence in pursuing sales opportunities, demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges.
  • High level of sales expertise and acumen.
  • Solid understanding of investment markets and goal-oriented strategies.
  • Leadership qualities to ensure consistent service delivery among team members.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales experience.
  • Experience in financial services, such as a financial advisor or wholesaler, is required.
  • Must obtain Series 65 or equivalent within the initial weeks of employment.
