Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Reeder General Contractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner with our organization on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Performance Management
    • Develop and implement performance management processes to drive employee growth and development
    • Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration
    • Manage payroll and benefits administration for all employees
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Employee Relations
    • Develop and implement employee relations strategies to promote a positive work environment
    • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a leadership role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS management systems
