Human Resources Assistant

Trinity Terrace, a premier upscale senior living community, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our employees and ensuring a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing employee support, including answering inquiries, managing communications, and distributing important information.
  • Organize and update employee files, track records, and support time attendance monitoring.
  • Assist in planning employee appreciation events, onboarding, orientation, and pulse surveys.
  • Support HR projects, including wage surveys, I-9 compliance, benefits, recruitment, and open enrollment.
  • Assist in conducting wage surveys, input approved wage increases and status changes into our HRIS system.
  • Assist the HR team, hiring managers, and recruiters with recruitment activities.
  • Perform other HR duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience performing clerical office work.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs, HRIS, and time and attendance system.
  • Professional phone skills and proficiency in use of office equipment.
