Contract Duration: Temporary Position

- Handle incoming phone inquiries, categorize issues, and direct them appropriately
- Execute data entry tasks across various departments
- Deliver customer service to stakeholders, including voters, election personnel, candidates, and county departments, addressing inquiries about processes and general information
- Draft written communications as required
- Maintain departmental records in both electronic and physical formats
- Conduct quality assurance checks on departmental operations
- Serve as a liaison among various teams
