We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.75, with incentive bonus pay for performance. Enjoy a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and a closed Sunday policy. Our team offers both full-time and part-time schedules.

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales success and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll work closely with the General Manager to ensure consistent revenue growth, coach and execute excellent customer service, and develop a positive team culture.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the General Manager to achieve revenue growth through guest count and lead measure performance.
- Coach and execute excellent customer service, creating an exceptional guest experience.
- Set a positive example as a leader, building team engagement and efficiency.
- Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
- Carry out other duties and projects necessary for the position, such as inventory, cash handling processes, guest issues, and concerns.
- Assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, financial performance, and expense controls.
- Provide clear and detailed direction to the team consistently.
- Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to automotive technicians and customer service associates.
- Perform opening and closing duties when the General Manager is off.
- Assist the General Manager in building and maintaining an engaged workforce.
- Lead daily team huddles and store meetings, setting the direction for achieving business goals.
- Manage inventory and product orders that meet business needs.
- Adhere to and hold others accountable to all rules and regulations that maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Assist guests with their questions and needs.
Qualifications:
- One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience is not required.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- A proven leader with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
- The ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results.
- A positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct and appearance.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible, high-performance retail environment.
- A 'Guest First' mindset.
- The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- The ability to stand on your feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal.
- The ability to work in an environment with hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes.
- The ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
