Janitorial Assistant

Harris Cleaning LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities.

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good condition.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to lift and move objects as needed.
• Good communication skills.
