About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our Business Insurance team at Marsh McLennan Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, prospective clients, and carriers to provide innovative solutions to complex risk-related business issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospective clients, and carriers
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on risk management and insurance solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in an insurance agency or brokerage environment
  • P & C Insurance License or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Completed CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU designation or ability to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and ability
