Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processing Coordinator II to join our team at Modern Office Methods. In this role, you will be responsible for processing sales orders, managing data entry, and providing administrative support to our sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders and translate them into a format usable by our warehouse and logistics teams
  • Enter data into our computer system following established guidelines and procedures
  • Proof data entered against source documents and make necessary corrections
  • Provide general administrative support, including drafting correspondence, calendar management, and meeting coordination
  • Back up the Branch Administrative Coordinator Level 3 as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; college degree preferred
  • Ability to use personal computer and industry standard software programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Some general knowledge of data processing is a plus
  • Awareness and experience in the eAutomate billing system and Salesforce beneficial
  • Must have knowledge of various office equipment and be knowledgeable of the Internet
  • Ability to learn new systems and software programs
  • Good clerical and typing skills a must
  • Must have excellent customer service-related skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks through effective use of time is required
  • Strong attention to detail is needed
