Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and understand project scope, both technically and commercially
  • Prepare and update project schedules, communicating changes to stakeholders in real-time
  • Manage project resources to ensure on-time and on-budget completion
  • Coordinate with customers to obtain drawing approvals and ensure timely project execution
  • Communicate regularly with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to execute project tasks
  • Propose alternatives and solutions to engineering management when cost overruns or technical issues arise
  • Participate in project review meetings and provide technical and commercial insights

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing projects in the powder processing industry (preferred)
  • Experience with size reduction, classification, mixing/drying, pneumatic conveying, and air systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
  • AutoCAD experience a plus
  • System validation experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
