In this role, you will oversee a significant portfolio of accounts receivable, ensuring effective collection strategies are implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of direct reports.
  • Set performance goals and manage team outcomes.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables while minimizing overdue accounts.
  • Collaborate with senior management across various business units.
  • Conduct regular performance meetings with team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify and communicate issues affecting accounts receivable performance to leadership.
  • Utilize independent judgment to make impactful decisions for both internal and external clients.
  • Support the professional growth of team members through coaching and development.
  • Perform site visits to assess performance with business leaders.
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
  • At least two years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary as determined by management.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
