Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting tours of our facilities, explaining our personal training programs and classes, and growing and maintaining relationships with prospects, members, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tours of our facilities to potential members
  • Explain the dynamics of personal training and our programs and classes
  • Initiate conversations with potential members through phone and computer systems
  • Grow and maintain relationships with prospects, members, and referrals
  • Participate in scheduled meetings as directed by the General Manager or Assistant General Manager
Requirements
  • High school diploma (some college coursework preferred)
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to successfully pass all testing requirements after training
  • Ability to achieve aggressive sales goals
  • Basic computer skills
